  4. ICT positive. Means? what should i do?

I am 33 week pregnant with O -ve group and my husband is O +ve. In 25th week of pregnancy I had spotting and anti D was given. After 4 week ICT was done and it was positive but rh antibody titer was negative. In 32 week again ICT was done and the result says weak Position with solid phase antibody detection method but negative by manual method. And rh antibody titer is still negative. What is means? My growth scan is also normal. My dr is telling I am sensitized and she will not give anti D after delivery. What should I do? Please help
