Ibuprofen dosage for periods
I have attached a picture below. Can I take this ibuprofen 600 mg given in the picture below for my period cramps as no other ibuprofen is available in india and meftal doesn't seem to help ease my period cramps.

If u are not allergic to it .. U can tab ibuprofen+paracetamol combination (combiflam) . Else u can also use ibuprofen 600 on short term basis

Pain killer dont do much period cramps. They only reduce them mildly. Dont take them repeatedly as they have sideffects. U can apply ice packs that will help u
