Iam feeling chest tightness and SOB

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I went to pulmologist he conducted chest xray and sperometer test both aare normal but is sperometer PEFR is 71 and FEV1 fvc are with in normal range .Doctor prescribed me maxiflow 250 Do I have asthama.Can Asthama diagnoide only with PEFR value in Sperometer test .
