3 kg at 34 weeks is not on the higher side but it is not the only factor to decide the mode of delivery.the final estimated weight of the baby if more that 3.8 kg at term then there is probability of having a elective Lscs in view of macro somia .that also depends on the clinical estimate of your pelvis and so many other factors
