1. Identify your triggers. Anxiety doesn't just happen randomly. There are usually specific triggers that can set off an anxious episode. By identifying your triggers, you can start to avoid them or be better prepared to deal with them when they do occur. 2. Challenge your thinking. Anxious thoughts often involve a lot of negative thinking, such as "I'm never going to be able to do this" or "I'm going to embarrass myself." These thoughts can be self-fulfilling, so it's important to challenge them. 3. Breathe. When you're feeling anxious, your breathing can become shallow and rapid. This can make your anxiety worse. Instead, consciously focus on taking deep, slow breaths. This will help to calm your nervous system. 4. Get moving. Exercise is a great way to relieve anxiety. It helps to release endorphins, which have mood-boosting effects. Even a short walk can help to ease anxiety. 5. Connect with others. Social support is crucial for people struggling with anxiety. Connecting with friends, family, or a support group can help you feel less alone and more supported. If you're struggling with anxiety, don't hesitate to reach out for help. Friends, family, and mental health professionals can all be valuable sources of support.

It is normal to have these thoughts. But if it for prolonged period then you must have a check on them. As simple as like sticking to a timetable routine and thus still one might feel less motivated and less confident. Psychotherapy (CBT) would help you to deal with your thoughts and behaviour. And so once if you are able to find the cause for the dizziness you can bring back the track in your life

Thanatophobia might sound to be an unfamiliar word to you. Simply put, it is the fear of death and many people carry this fear in varying degrees. I mentioned it here not to fix a label onto your condition, but to mak you aware that the type of fear that you have mentioned is not uncommon or unusual. Further, after considering the symptoms that you have put across, I tend to get a feeling that you are in some kind of an anxiety, or even depression which you are unable to figure out as such. With this, i would suggest you to consult a psychologist and get some clarity on the condition of your mental health and what makes you predisposed to the anxiety / depression that you are carrying probably. The psychologist may involve your husband in the process of the diagnosis and treatment. I do feel that if you get necessary support from the people who are close to you (like your husband), you will be able to regain your self confidence and shed away the thanatophobia, anxiety and depression that you are probably carrying as of now. Before consulting the psychologist, do visit your family physician and rule out any physical health condition that is triggering your mental health issues.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist / family physician.
