I am having my periods 1 week before the actual date and my blood hb level is 7.8 my doctor told me this is the reason for my irregular periods whether it is true or false and along with this I am having spoting also from the day 7 to day 20 please let me know the real reason. ... regards thanks

Intermestual spotting, irregular and heavy bleeding may be because of low hb, evaluate anaemia, it's reason and take treatment accordingly. Do Free t3 Free t4 and TSH, consult gynecologist and get local examination done.

Hi, irregular periods and heavy Bleeding may be the cause of anaemia. But you should evaluate your thalassemia profile,  thyroid profile. Take iron caps twice and do Ultrasound and know the route cause.

You need complete evaluation!!! Anemia may be happen becoz of excessive pv bleeding... Take effect treatment for Anemia also

Hi. .. If u have irregular periods with spotting it looks more of irregular shedding. Decreased hb is an effect and not a cause of bleeding. U may have pco components , endocrine disturbance. Consult a gynaec u may require hormones. Greetings. Nucleus fertility Reaeach and Gynaec Centre Pune
