Pls refer me some mild sleeping tablet,becoz I don't get sleep when I feel very sad becoz of no of reasons. But I want to sleep to wakeup morning to perform my responsibility which I can not miss. Pls advice. Thank you.

Hi...You need Counselling more than sleeping pills. They're not going to solve your problems. Brain gets used to it and gradually it develops resistance. They are not sleeping pills actually, they are anti-anxiety medications meant to bring relief in case of severe anxiety. Sleep is one among various functions it serves. But in cases where the problem is more psychosocial or interpersonal, psychotherapy/counseling works best. Try to find a good counsellor and get into therapy. Your sleep will gradually recover when get some relief from the issues troubling your subconscious mind.
