I want to reduce weight
Need suggestions on good diet and exercises which can be followed at home. I am a vegetarian. My office is from morning 9.30 to 6.30 but by the time i come home it's 8. So help me find the right routine to follow.

What is ur height and weight? Check ur thyroid levels and inform.
