Sir,
There are medications which can be given for hair growth.
They all have side effects which you should be aware of before starting them. But they have proven efficacy in hair growth to a certain extent. No one can grow back a full head of hair

Hair growth really needs bit of evaluation, sometimes it could be merely due to bad nutrition or sometimes due to underlying anemia , I would suggest consultation if you are comfortable
