Hi. My name is Minh and I am 14 years old. I'm 5'8 and a half and I want to be around 6'0. My dad is the same exact height as me and some others in my family's side are the same height too. Besides them, the rest are shorter. Any chances I can outgrow my dad and be the tallest out of my whole family side? What should I do and eat to increase of growing taller? Please help me
