Provide me complete information of ur height, physical activity, madical history, family history, diet history. Start exercise and walk early morning and evening. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fluids whole day. Start aerobic exercise.

Belly fat happens due to excessive weight and lack of sufficient exercise. 1. To lose weight/belly fat, make healthy food choices and more exercise/activity. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits per day. 3. drink plenty of water. 4. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/Colas / Fruit Juice from your diet.5. increase you protein intake 6. Exercise daily - start with 45 mins brisk walk/ jogging and slowly progress to Cardio for 40-60 mins. try exercise like crunches, squtas, plage. push-ups.
