I want to die
When a car goes by, I want to jump in front of it. I want to cut so deep that I’d feel myself fade away. I feel numb. I feel tired with no motivation. I scratch myself until I bleed. Sometimes I don’t know if I exist. I hear voices and see shadows but I know they aren’t real. I want to scream and cry and someone to listen to me. I’m angry and want to be destructive.

U seem to be suffering from serious Psychiatric issues, probably personality disorder along with psychotic features. U need urgent Psychiatric consultation and thorough evaluation and admission if required.
