Consistent wish to die
My sister consistently expresses wish to die a peaceful, painless death. She is under medication for severe depression and Suicidal OCD.She wants her psychiatrist to confirm if she can have a doctor assisted suicide or else she plans to kill herself via drowning or jumping from high floors...she keeps sharing these thoughts with psychiatrist also..can we help in any manner apart from medicine and counselling sessions?

If she expresses active suicidal ideations and making a plan to kill herself, these are the telltale signs to get her admitted at the psychiatric hospital and start intensive treatment. Crisis intervention is necessary in this.  As of now you can keep a scrutiny to minimize the risk.

If she is having active suicidal ideation (strong intention of killing herself) then I would suggest that she be admitted in a Mental Health Care facility and treated under constant observation and if needed, given Electro Convulsive Treatment (ECT) which happens to be very effective in decreasing suicidality. The medicines need to continue during and after the ECT sessions.
Next Steps
Admission in a Mental Health Care Facility
Health Tips
Constant Observation so that the patient doesn't harm herself
