I want fit to join certificate
Hello ma'am,
As I took vaccine on 25th Aug21, after that I was suffering from fever and body pain so I took Sick leave from 27th to 29th aug from my work. Now before joining my shift I have to submit fit to join certificate.kindly provide me medical certificate for fit to join.
