I m getting treated with ocd several years now, I was almost recovered and stopped taking medicines and again it came back and this time it's very illogical ,

Some people don't relapse after treatment, while other will experience on and off symptoms, and nfortunatly you are among the one. Kindly continue medication and further guidance will be given by treating psychiatrist. OCD is treatable.

Ocd is one condition from which you can recover but to sustain remission you have to start therapy called cognitive behavioral therapy after which you will be able to function a lot better despite few intermittent symptoms.

For now you need to start medical treatment after consultation with your psychiatrist and after some improvement, start CBT with a therapist
