I wanna know about TRT
I wanna know about Tinnitus retraining therapy (TRT) , I want to know does this work in long term. And is there any device which can help me mask my tinnitus with 100% rate. Or probably train my brain to accept tinnitus noise is not a threat to me. I have checked the following:- 1. Did audio test (no hearing loss) 2. Did blood test (all good except for hba1c which is at     7.3 value out of 10. 3. My BP is around 110/75 i.e systolic and diastolic. When I am stressed, my tinnitus is tend go up or when I take sugar or salt.
