I think I may still have an std

I was recently checked for std's and I only had chlamydia, I took 2 pills and It was supposed to be out of my body. During the time I was on my medication I had intercourse and he had a condom. Then after 7 days I had sex with a virgin without a condom. I do not think he gave me anything because I have known him for a while and I know he does not have any stds. I still have some symptoms for chlamydia but they are not as bad. It is just a weird feeling after I urinate a little bit of itchiness
