I got a blood test about a year ago to check for multiple std's. Hepatitis C was tested and came back non-reactive, but showed a .08 does this mean that I have or have had Hep C in the past without knowing? Also I tested for multiple things, and that was just 3 months after being with that partner. Is it worth getting checked again, or is 3 months accurate in all std cases? Nothing came back positive, but I want to make sure 3 months is enough for everything to be 100% accurate.

No 3months is not enough because some diseases have incubation period more than 6months like HIV.So wait till 6, months then go for test and contact to physician.
