I think i'm suffering from mental disord
I think i'm suffering from mental disorder. I think so because of my behaviour. I get angry for silly issues. I say things I should not say and then I realize my mistakes. It happens with my family. I am facing issues at my work place as well. Places where I should be smart I behave impulsively. I take incorrect decisions I regret later. I realize later that I could have done better. Please advice what I should do.
