I Have started walking 8km a day from last 6 months. I am Taking 2 idlys in the morning normal lunch and only papaya juice in the evening, tea and coffee about 2 times, I have stopped all other milk product Intake.
I am also taking 1 Omega 3 fish oil capsule in the morning and 1 Trans reservatrol in the evening.
I have come down from 87kg in Jan to 72kg at present.
My recent blood test results showed ESR: 20mm/hr ,MCHC: 30.01, RDW SD: 55.4 and RDW CV:17.1
LDL Cholesterol Direct is 127mg/dl
Do I have a condition here? Or is it normal?
