I can understand your concern.
You thinking that it is migraine is not a good start.
Headache has a number of causes. And migraine is a diagnosis of exclusion meaning, when all the other causes of headache are ruled out, then we can say its migraine.
You can take a tab. Paracetamol to control your headache.
If it still persists then consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.

I understand your concern about your health condition and I appreciate that...there are many reasons for headache it may be due to increased blood pressures, migraine, cluster headache, refractive errors, meningitis,sinusitis,increased intracranial pressure, reffered pain from somewhere else... So detailed history and examination with relevant investigations is necessary... Kindly consult nearest neuro physician they will do the needful.
Mostly headaches are tension headaches....frequent headaches need evaluation of eye..ENT...cervical spine and then ruling out vascular headaches by physician
