My grandfather is sufferring from pain on his back side as he has swollen infection.I have attached the picture of him. Please advise solution.

It is cellulitis. He should be given some good antibiotic cover and then assessed if he needs drainage.

Go to a surgeon and get drain of that swelling..After drainage please make sure to use Antibiotics for 7days.. Thankyou
