Change of Life pattern n diet is best solution.
Brick walk twenty minutes morning and evening is very important.
Diet must be almost blend .
Plenty of liquids like NIBUPANI, glucose, as such or with water, juice, mosambi juice, watermelon juice,or as such, coconut water butter milk, freshcurd, are very benificial.
Avoid spicy fried junk greasy food or food from outside.
Liv 52dt one at night for one month or more is sufficient. Ok
