Increase water to 2litre per day . Add fibre to diet. Daily papaya and mango if donot have diabetes. Also u can take 1spoon honey at night.
If not improved medicine will be needed

Avoid spicy oily foods restrict non veg foods drink lot of water take salads and fruits you can try munnaka in milk at night.if no improvement than you need evaluation and medicine.
