Our body finds ways to cope and while studying you have found this. Some people move while study or prefer to walk and study. Though it’s a normal thing, but you may want to resort to a better coping mechanism. As you chew pen which is plastic. Find a gum , or a fruit , salad , keep sipping water , though chewing gum for a long period is not not healthy as it sends a wrong signal to the digestive system.
Next Steps
Stay safe and healthy
