I overstretched my shoulder.
While playing I overstretched my shoulder. Now I have constant mild pain in my shoulder with no restriction in movement.

Ice it a lot. for as long as you can and as often as you can. This will reduce the strain effect. Rest your shoulder  for atleast 5 days since by then healing will start. Don't strain the shoulder at all for 5 days. Then start using shoulder gently....small little movts. Avoid any jerks or aggressive movts or exercises. This should resolve things for you.  If still there is an  issue see a physiotherapist for rehabilitation.
