Hi, I'm a 26 year old guy who works in office. I graduated at 22 yrs old and since then have been working (there's a gap of 2 yrs in between)
I spend majority of my time either at home when it's not office or in weekdays only office is where my outing happens. This was in school, college as well as now office too.
The thing is I eat good quantity of food but I always feel like I'm not feeling physically strong enough like guys generally are.
My writs remain thin, that's another problem I'm concerned about. Apart from that, I've got fat in my waist area and thighs. That's another problem I'm concerned about.
What do I do to at least get some positive results?
