I need to contact piles doctor
Past one month i am suffering from Piles I Need medication for this  symptom No bleeding, constipation is noraml Heavy itching little pain, nd anal sikn growing out side day by day..

Management of Piles depends on symptoms and discomfort and grading of piles . If u have undergone Colonoscopy pls post report of same. Likewise u can consult Gastroenterologist and get colonoscopy done for grading of piles and plan management for same

It is always advisable for a surgical procedure to treat piles/hemorrhoids. In the meanwhile you can manage your symptoms 1. Syp. Cremaffin plus 25ml before sleep 2. Anobliss cream over the anus 2-3 times daily 3. Lactifiber granules 2 times daily as per instructions 4. Sitz bath in luke warm water        2 times daily with betadine solution 5. High fiber diet 6. Plenty of fluids 7. Avoid oily spicy fried food/ non veg and dairy products 8. Plenty of curd/yoghurt/ buttermilk
