I have this skin tag around my anus, between scrotum and anal opening. Can I get it removed? Would it affect anal intercourse? Further, I also have this small dot like bump which doesn't hurt, what could that be?

It's a skin tag, nothing to worry about it as of now.. posteriorly if seems there is a fistula, according to the picture u have sent. So better get tested by a surgeon by proctoscope, fistula and fissure can be rules out. It won't affect intercourse.
