May 4th 2017 I was in a car accident. I had non displaced breaks to my 4th and 5th metatarsal
And significant dark bruising to the outer side of my ankle and lower calf
I was diagnosed with crps [complex regional pain syndrome] which I can identify as a intense burning pain in my foot
The pain that bothers me most is more like pain you feel when you twist your ankle
My pain gets worse with activity but has steadily gotten worse in the 10 months since
MRI and X ray show very little

You need clinical evaluation, followed by aggressive management of crps syndrome by medications and physiotherapy. Sympathetic block and calcitonin nasal spray are quite effective in management.
