If you're anxiety levels are this and are not subsiding. And you're not able to control them, please consult a mental health professional to discuss this matter. They will help you control your stress, worrying and also help you recognise your triggers that cause your anxiety.
I'm really sorry to hear that you've been going through such a distressing time, and it's essential to address these symptoms and concerns. Stress can indeed have a significant impact on both your physical and mental well-being. While stress itself may not directly cause a stroke, it can contribute to various health issues, including hypertension and heart problems, which are risk factors for strokes. It's crucial to manage and reduce stress levels.
Next Steps
I strongly encourage you to consider seeking therapy or counseling to help you navigate these feelings of anxiety and stress. A trained therapist can provide you with effective strategies for managing stress, overthinking, and anger, allowing you to regain control over your emotional and physical health. Remember, you don't have to face these challenges alone, and professional support can make a significant difference in your well-being and overall quality of life. Please reach out to discuss how therapy can assist you during this difficult time.

Hi. To answer your question, Stress may not cause stroke but it can have your heart to work harder and increase palpitations which may make your chest feel heavy as well. All this on the whole can make your mind and body feel tired and exhausted. The cause to your anger at little things may have a root cause because of which anything small can trigger you right now. It is better to try and be more conscious of your bodily symptoms while you feel at stress, and work on them by taking deep slow breaths, practising breathing techniques (that put your mind and body both at work, distracting you from your stressor). The physical symptoms you are facing are all because of anxiety. Temporary distractions are okay, but better to address what is actually causing anxiety to you and work on it further. Please let me know if this helps, and if I can help you further.
