I need guidance on Planning pregnancy.
My wife is on Dianogest (i.e. Emersa 2 mg) since 2023 April post Laproscopic Cystectomy of Right Ovarian Endometriosis Cyst. Shw had gallstone at (Solitary presence) that time too. Since then even till today the gallbladder issue is asymptomatic. After these 2 years, we want to plan for pregnancy, we consulted our Gyno and she suggested some blood test post evaluating which she will decide to stop Emersa. But, we want to understand is there any major and practical complication mya arise due to the presence of Gallstone during Pregnancy. GallStone: Solitary Calculash measuring of (7.76 mm X 12.18 mm) seen in Gallbladder Lumen. Impression: Cholelithiasis Please guide with practical solution if possible to reduce that stone with medication.

The stone is very small to cause any trouble to plan the pregnancy .This shouldn’t stop from planning the pregnancy Even during pregnancy it should only be removed if she develops any symptoms or else just let it be For reassurance of the removal before pregnancy you can consult a general surgeon
