Delaying the periods are so common if you are going through some stress or any exertion. just wait for more 4 5 days. If you had done unprotected sexual intercourse after your previous menses the go for UPT test. The white discharge may be of leucorrhoeh. Its also has no issue. For further guidence you can online consult.

Sometimes periods do get delayed because of stress, bad nutrition or exertion. If any of these has happened, i suggest you to wait for a week. If you have had intercourse please do a UPT 5 days after expected period date. Creamy discharge if in excess and if there is itching, it may be a fungal infection.
Next Steps
wait and watch. if intercourse was done do a upt.
