Hello Your son has myopia ( near sightedness) His power in right eye is -5DS and in left eye  -4DS.with this glasses prescription his vision is 6/18 which means he can read 4 lines out of 7 lines on vision chart

You Son is having a high Myopic refractive error With this high number retina is predisposed to forming retinal breaks He needs to get his retinal examination done at the earliest and then frequent followups every 6 months
