I'm not sure if I have a hiatal hernia
Hi I had a nissen fundoplication done when I was very young and I had a gtube put in. In seventh grade, it was taken out and the wound was cauterized. A couple of years after I began having issues with the scar where it would be very sensitive to the touch and would swell up a little like a mosquito bite. It's been off and on since and causes much pain and discomfort. I researched what it might be and all I found was hiatal hernia.

The small pustule at the previous surgery site could be a suture sinus.  Get examined.  If it is  a suture sinus.  Removal of that little sinus causing suture is a very simple procedure in most of the cases.  Get examined by a surgeon.
