I'm not having free motion from past 2 weeks, I'm gong twice to bathroom and spending lot of time there I'm 24 years I'm not understanding what the problem is

Hello...  Do you have constipation..?You have to avoid non vegetarian food items...  Continue drinking lot of water,  have fiber containing vegetables,  drink warm water after food...  Don't have junk foods....  Exercise daily,  take 1 teaspoon of cremaffin syrup once at night..... Consult general surgeon
