I'm not able to perform in bed.

I was doing 2 to 3 times musturbation for the past 5 to 6 years. Now I'm not able to perform in bed and I don't see any sperm coming out.. I am worried about my sex life... Is this problem because too much of muturbation. Please le me know what to do.
