I'm lactating and I have PCOS.
Hello, I'm 24 yrs old and suffer from PCOS. My breasts are lactating and are overly filled with milk and I am not and have never been pregnant. I was prescribed metformin and birth control pills to treat my PCOS but after more research I got off them. They only caused more harm. If I have a hormone imbalance what sense does it make to trick my body and system with synthetic estrogen from the BC pills and fill my body with more hormones. Isn't that defeating the purpose. How can I reduce the milk
