I'm having diarrhoea/dysentery
I'm having diarrhoea/dysentery like situation since yesterday night. I ate Egg Chop, Onion Chop & Chicken Chop from fast food shop at 3pm and later at Dinner I ate Fish with Chicken along with some alcohol.
