I'm having a problem eating.
For about a month or so I have been finding it really difficult to eat I'll be at work 8:30-5pm and will be starving but I just cannot eat I try to force it down but its hard. I'm thinking it is due to stress or anxiety. Is there anything I can do or take to change that? I've already lost 10 pounds from being 110 pounds and I do not want to lose any more weight. Thank you,

Stress and anxiety do affect our hunger hormones because the body is trying to use all its energy in resolving our own personal problems so the hormones are not produced and we don’t feel hungry. You should show two doctors. An endocrinologist for your hormonal and metabolic imbalances and you should also see a psychologist. They will help you in managing your stress.
