I'm feeling nausea and headache always

During festival I started feeling nausea and headache. I have migraine earlier and I got my period on time too, so no question of pregnancy here. Is it because of some sweets or friend food I have during festivals. I have naproxen 250 mg for headache which is prescribed by my doctor. Can I use any laxative to clear my stomach to feel better.
