I m 30 years old and I m taking dasamoola haritaki lehayam for weight loss from 3 days and can I hav broiler chicken rarely  does it cause any side effect??

Have Mutton instead of boiler, hopefully you follow exercises and screened for thyroid function tests as well

Medicine never  reduces weight.weight can only reduced by yoga and exercise.  And by avoiding  fried and junck food.

Before start any ayurvedic medicine for weight loss first clear bowel problem ,strat with lukewarm water and proper diet will help to reduce weight

No issue... Taking medication only will not help.. Exercise daily.. Avoid oily food.. Have salads before meals.. Have fruits in breakfast... Take proper counseling to clear all ur doubts
