I'm 27 I can't retract my penis foreskin
Hi, I'm 27 years old, i'll be getting married soon this year. recently I found out on internet that penis foreskin should be retracted. I wondered and tried to do it, I couldn't do that, later with some warm water I could pull it back till I can see the total head in flaccid state, I didn't have much of pain. But I cannot retract the fore skin when i got erected penis. I cannot retract it easily and I feel a light twitching pain when my foreskin at its limit. I didn't know it from my childhood. Is circumcising only option? Are there any ways to overcome it? Which specialist doctor should I consult for this problem? Please help, I'm a bit tensed ! Thank you!
