My 27 month old baby is having cough from past 7 days and his weight has decrease by 1.5 kg , and all the time he is irritated and voice has change because of cough, what should I do? Anti biotic course is completed but no relief is there

Don't worry when antibiotics r resistant then U can take Sitopaladi Churna 1/2 tsf bid with honey, KOFOL cough syrup (Charak) 1 tsf tid with lukewarm water
