I sleep around 7-8 hours and 8 gives me best performance. and some days I sleep more if I'm tired or so. I sleep by 11-12 and wake up by 7-8am
My problem is that: regardless of the number of hours I sleep, I always get tired and loss my energy by 6-7 pm and I feel so sleepy and can't do any work except watching TV.
I'm 31, I work as a computer programmer / business analyst. all my work is mental.
