Hair fall can be because of a lot of reasons... if you have been having it since a month in my then: were you sick 3 months ago? You could have Telogen Effluvium. Or you could have triggered your alopecia. The diagnosis Will be accurate once you visit an allopathic dermatologist, NOT A SPA. If only spa people knew how to curb hair fall we dermatologists wouldn't be needed now would we. So, visit the dermatologist today (not those chains of hair clinics). Also, if this Androgenetic Alopecia you will need to approach the problem holistically. By that I mean start modifying lifestyle (IF unhealthy)... Sleep at 10:30 p.m. , wake up by 6, exercise 150 min per week and eat a HEALTHY AND BALANCED DIET . This diet will give you all the vitamins that you think are causing your hair fall. And to add to this  the dermatologist will also start with treatment which will help you. Before you choose your dermatologist read this http://www.skinmatra.com/single-post/2016/07/03/skin-troubles-here-is-what-not-to-do   And your skin and hair is an indicator of your health , read this article to know what I am talking about :http://www.skinmatra.com/single-post/2016/09/17/listen-to-your-skin-talk-here-is-how
