sir it is so called mesiodens which is an extra tooth present between your central incisors it should be extracted only but after removing that tooth there will be gap formation between the tooth . that gap should be settled by doing root canal for both central incisors and putting cap. there wont be much complication with the extraction only thing you have to rule with xray about the root position of the tooth.

Hai...get a dental checkup done...the photo is not so clear...there won't be any complications after removing...but spacing will be there...so you may need to close it...
