I feel noises when I am lying on bed and about to go into sleep. Noise is like 'ccchhhh'. I hear it 2-3 times when i'm almost half in sleep. It is happening from 2-3 weeks now. I had sleep related issues from last 2-3 years and have consulted neurologists, as per them it is only stress.
In the night I feel sleepy and normally sleep at 10-11pm but sometimes wake up again for 1-2 hours at 3,4 or 5 am.
I have sinus so if I am oxygen deprived during night it causes migraine next morning but goes away after taking naxdom tablets. It may not be related as I'm not having migraines since last 1-2 months time now. Earlier it used to be once a month. That time I used to have anxiety also sometimes.
