I am 17 year old ,I am using speed height ayurvedic capsule to increase my height from 5.4 to 5.8 . Is there any side effect of using this capsule.

Pls don't take such type of capsules it will effect u. For increasing ur height take high protein diet and balanced nutrition. According to ur height n weight I prescribing diet plan I need to know proper information like urs medical history Family history etc
