I have weird pimple like bumps on face
These bumps keep showing up on the lower portion of my face, started from chin but gradually covering up my cheeks as well. They are itchy and on itching they open up and bleed. It's been around 3 months since this has been happening

It can be fungal infection. Do you have itching anywhere else on the body like under breasts or groin or buttoks? The treatment for fungal infection is simple.
